Online course content will cover:

1. Incorporating foundational health principles in daily activities to optimize health.
2. Utilizing HRV (heart rate variability) and 24-hour stress and recovery measurements in a health practice.
   
3. Measuring HRV for 1-30 minutes using EliteHRV and the Polar H10 chest strap.
4. Measuring 24-hour HRV using the Firstbeat Bodyguard 3 device.
   
5. Using an OURA ring to monitor and manage stress. (Ring not included)
   
6. Creating and interpretting reports using EliteHRV Personal or Team dashboard
   
7. Utilizing HRV tools to achieve coherence through regulated breathing
8. Utilizing HRV tools to achieve resonance through regulated breathing
9. Optimizing individualized resonant breathing pace.
10. Incorporating daily HRV measurement and resonant breathing into a client's schedule that includes morning routines, evening routines, and mid-day routines.
11. Tracking client data to monitor habit consistency and improvement.
12. Utilizing HRV data as a biofeedback tool to evaluate effectiveness of lifestyle changes. 
13. Educating clients on the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) functioning including Parasympathetic, Sympathetic, and Enteric branches as well as internal and external stressors that lead to ANS imbalance.
14. Triaging clients using HRV data to identify sympathetic overload and/or poor-quality parasympathetic functioning.

Note:  Participants are expected to complete a seperate 5-Hour self-paced Firstbeat Life course and setup a Firstbeat Practioner Account.  The fee for the course is reduced from $250 to $75 for those using my affiliate code.  An EliteHRV Personal or Team account is needed to generate reports starting at $8-30 per month.
